Heart disease is a big problem for the world. In India, this is spreading very fast. Not only old people youngsters are much more affected by heart disease.

According to some health articles, most of the Indian peoples are affected by heart disease, diabetes, and arthritis.

But we can improve our heart condition by maintaining a proper lifestyle.

According to The Lancet journal, in the year 2016, 28.1% of people dead due to heart disease. From them, 7.1% of people die due to the heart attack.

Now I'm going to share the top 5 best ways to improve the condition of your heart. Through these ways, you can stay away from heart diseases and can stay healthy. If you are affected by any types of heart disease then it's going to be helpful for you.

How to improve the condition of our heart to stay away from heart disease?


 1. Choose the right food 

This is very important to keep yourself out of heart disease. Don’t take oil content spicy foods in the diet. From today you should stop taking junk foods like burgers, pizza etc.

Go for fresh foods like green vegetables, fresh fruits. Take foods that contain enough amount of fiber, like corn, soybean, peas etc.

Don’t take red meat in your meal. Because it contains a huge amount of animal fat. That is very bad for your heart.


 2. Stop tobacco consumption 

We all know that smoking is injuries to health. As I am an Indian. So, I know that various processes by which Indians consume it. It may be bidi, cigarette, hukka, khaini, gutkha etc. But any types of tobacco consumption by any way can harmful to our heart.

Not only active but also passive smokers are injured by it. So if you are a smoker then live it from today or if you are a non- smoker stay away from the smoking zone.

 3. Avoid consumption of alcohol 

Alcohol consumption can harmful for your heart. So try to avoid alcohol consumption from today. Because alcohol can damage the cardiac muscles (muscle of the heart) and reduce the function of your blood vessels.

If you can't stop then take a beer or red wine. Because it contains a very small amount of alcohol. Reduce the amount of alcohol day by day then stop it.

Remember you must stop it as soon as possible.


 4. Regular exercise or yoga 

Every day we should do some exercise for at least one hours. Try to exercise in the morning but if it's not possible then find a specific time for exercise or yoga.

Do it after 4-5 hours of taking any foods. Don't exercise immediately after taking foods.
  • Regular exercise can control our blood pressure, that's good for our heart.
  • Reduce body fat (cholesterol).
  • Activate the power of our cardiac muscle and valves.
  • Decrease the stress of your life.
  • Reduce the pain of arthritis. The painkillers are very harmful to our heart.
If possible then go for a walk or jogging.

I can suggest you to some yoga-like "kapal bhati pranayama", "anulam bilam pranayama", "vashtika".
But if your blood pressure is high or you are a heart patient then do it slowly.


 5. Live stress-free life 

Live your life without stress. Stress is one of the harmful cause of our heart. Because due to stress your blood pressure increases and that is a very bad condition for our heart and whole body.

You can reduce the stress by meditation for 10- 15 minutes every day. Put it in your daily routine.
